Oh my

so we looked at that new house......and we both really like it a lot. Granted I am still not 100 percent on living in MN, but awe well. I like the house. Now the issue is, can we get financing, how soon can we sell our house, and will those people accept our offer. Brent already did some pre qualifying with a place, and I think we got denied because of our credit score not being updated. grrrrrrr. So we will check with the bank now. ugh. The thing is that our credit score would be higher if they would update it! We just paid off a credit card, so that should have raised our score, and on this ot doesnt even show we have paid it off yet. Ugh I hope we can get something figured out.

Not enough time in the day......

Ok so time is seriosuly winding down! I just cant believe it!
School starts week. Monday and Tuesday are my inservice days and then school starts wednesday.
To top all this off, we are still looking at houses and trying to get ours on the market. Last night I was thinking about it, and man we have so much to do in this house still before it can go on the market. I just am in......shock. Or awe. Or flustered! Either or!!!! I am overwhelmed of how much we have to do, and once school starts, it will be that much less of a time we have to work on our house. And after a long day of school and cheerleading...who wants to focus on the house??? So I am trying to get all the main stuff clean before school starts. We still have the basement and all the little fix ups around the house, but I know brent wants help with that. ugh. Well ok I suppose before I start panicking more and freaking out, I just should get away from this computer and work. sigh.

EXCITED!

Oh man, my birthday. It was.....amazing. Lets just say it was a heck of a lot better than last year. With that being said....I do felt guilty enjoying myself on my big day when in the back of my mind I kept thinking of Ryan, and cant believe still it has been exactly a year now without him.
But non the less....Devon planned a huge party for me. Space Aliens. He invited some close friends, and we went to eat, I got 2 purple purses (one is more of a bag....filled with my favorite alcoholic beverage...which was from the friends! Not Devon!!!! My boys gave me a light purple handbag and a cut and color for Advant! I am SO excited about that. I snuck in and even got my hair cut! I was pumped. Then we went out for a few drinks at a friends house. Then...that was about it!! Yesterday we put our LAST coat of varnish on the floors. AND we got our carpets steam cleaned. We are THAT much closer to moving out of here. We "found" a house 10 miles out of town that looks promising. When I say found, we havent looked at it or anything, and we dont even know if its "the one". We just found it online, and so far its afforadable, its doable, and its perfect. Now if thats still the case once we see it.....I will let you know. Hopefully sometime next week we can see it.
Next week I start room, by room, going through the house and cleaning it up. I mean wash down the walls, the curtains, the everything! Go through all the drawers, and if it doesnt have a home.......its gone. I am so excited. Next week also we start cheer practice. So again.....excited. Brent starts class again, and then in two weeks school starts. Again......excited. It is the theme word. Hopefully next week we will get to look at the house and see the potential. If it is good, it will give our butts in gear and get this house on the market. If not.....well we still need to hurry and get it on the market.....but it wont be as much as a hurry.

Thats all I really have to say!
Brent and I are going out this weekend to a bed and breakfast. I am SOOOOOOO...thrilled ;) hehe.
Just me and him. I packed some wine, champagne, beer. We are bringing our bikes. It is right by the lake, so I hope for some awesome lake time. I rented a movie or two becuase I did hear its suppose to rain tonight and tomorrow night. We have a private balconoy......sigh. I am so so so .....well you know the rest ;) EXCITED!!!

Camp

Tomorrow is cheer camp. While not a big deal for some, this cheer camp, I am in charge of. I ordered the food and I will be in charge of teaching the girls and whatnot. I am a little nervous! I cant lie! I am not even sure what I am nervous about.....except for that I am nervous. I want to be a great coach, and a great leader, and whatever. I dont know. I know it will go great....but still.

Secondly....I believe our floors are FINALLY to the point of laying varnish. And that is easy peasy. All you do is take what.....15 minutes out of your day to lay a coat of varnish and stay out. I am super excited for that to be done.
I am NOT excited to clean the mess. Literally everything needs to be washed in there. I am talking windows, cupboards, the fridge, stove, EVERYTHING!!!!! not kidding. It sucks. I want to take like a pressure washer and hose everything down. lol. seriously! But in reality I think I will literally take my bucket of soapy water and wash everything down. All the dishes will need to be washed.....so I will take those out and wash them in the dishwasher. sigh.......I hate it...but love that it is going to get so deeply cleaned.
Then comes thursday, the carpet day. We will have it professionally steam cleaned. So we have to empty our entire upstairs to the downstairs....did I mention this already?? I am just too excited. I am not excited to clean everything later.....but I am so excited that it gives us a chance to go through everything and get rid of things. PUMPED!!
Also I think I am the most excited about putting our house on the market!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!

Crazy Peroxide!

So with this stupid remodeling, my throat has been hurting so bad! My tonsils are swollen and everything a mess in my throat. Hard to swallow and talk. You know the drill.
Well you know you have crazy thoughts? Like if your belly hurts, you wish you could just reach in and take out the icky food you just ate, or pop all the air bubbles? You know what I mean?

Or maybe I am the only weird on that does that.........

Well anyway, I was having this thought of putting peroxide on my tonsils and imagining it would bubble away all the ickys my tonsils have trapped. Finally last night, I thought, why not!? So I took Q Tips soaked in peroxide, and swabbed my tonsils. Sure enough it bubbles! I finished off with a gargle of peroxide.

This morning....sure enough....I can honestly feel relief!! Like I can swallow and talk. It still is sore, but there is much improvement!!! Granted it might just have been healing....or it might have been the peroxide!!!!

The world may never know! ;) Either way, my tonsils are feeling better!
